Clinics offered

May 2025 & August 2025 | Grades K–8 | All Levels

The Summer Clinics are the perfect bridge between school and rec seasons — keeping players active, improving, and engaged through the warmer months.

These sessions combine position-specific breakdowns with small-group competition. Players rotate through skill stations to focus on dodging, shooting, passing, defense, and footwork. We also incorporate speed and agility training to help build strong movement habits that translate into game-day performance.

Key Highlights:
-
Fast-paced, outdoor sessions
-
Emphasis on individual skill development and decision-making
-
Drill and rep-focused: more touches, more growth
-
Great tune-up before club or rec seasons

Why Summer Clinics Work: It’s a chance to grow without the pressure of full-team play. Perfect for skill sharpening and staying ready.

October 2026 & December 2026 | Grades K–8 | All Levels

Our Winter Clinics are short, intense bursts of training that keep players dialed in during the off-season. These sessions emphasize technique refinement, movement efficiency, and lacrosse IQ — all crucial during a time when many players fall out of rhythm.

We prioritize high repetition, quick transitions, and competitive station work that prepares players for spring season or club play. Clinics are flexible, low-pressure, and built around giving each athlete meaningful feedback and improvement.

Key Highlights:
-
Focus on stick work, defensive positioning, and shooting mechanics
-
Indoor/outdoor adaptable (weather-permitting)
-
Individual coaching moments and feedback loops
-
Peer mentorship from high school athletes

Why Winter Clinics Matter: They fill the gap between seasons, prevent skill regression, and give players a competitive edge heading into spring.
