Jose Carlos Soto
Director of 4S Ranch | Del Sur Boys & Girls Youth Lacrosse Program
Coach Soto is a seasoned educator, program builder, and lacrosse leader in San Diego. As Director of 4S Del Sur Youth Lacrosse and Head Coach of the Del Norte High School Girls Lacrosse team, he brings a bold vision rooted in discipline, player development, and community connection.
Originally from San Diego, Coach Soto has built a reputation for elevating teams and mentoring athletes from youth to high school levels. He also serves as Dean of Students at King Chavez High School, where he leads campus culture and restorative practices.
With years of coaching experience across multiple programs — including DCC Lacrosse, one of the region’s premier club teams — Coach Soto is committed to creating a pathway for young athletes to grow, compete, and lead both on and off the field.

Katherine Mueller
Sub Director of 4S Ranch Del Sur Boys & Girls Youth Lacrosse Program
A proud alum of Poway Unified School District, Coach Kat discovered lacrosse at Westview High School, where she earned Defensive MVP honors and a spot on the San Diego All-Star Team. She went on to play nationally and later graduated from the University of Arizona, earning her Master’s in Education at USD.
Coach Kat has been coaching with 4S Del Sur since 2016 and has worked with youth players through the San Diego Stingrays, Diamond Cut Crew Lacrosse, and the Del Norte JV team. A full-time teacher at Willow Grove Elementary, she brings a dynamic mix of mentorship, energy, and heart to everything she does. As Sub Director, she is passionate about building confident, empowered players and a program rooted in fun and growth.
Anasofia Orozco
Junior Coach of 4S Ranch Del Sur Girls Youth Lacrosse Program
AnaSofia is a standout defender and team captain for the Del Norte High School Girls Lacrosse team. Known for her grit, poise, and leadership on the back line, she’s quickly gaining recognition as one of the top defenders in the region and a strong contender for Defender of the Year.
As a Junior Coach with 4S Del Sur, AnaSofia brings a tenacious spirit and a deep understanding of the game’s defensive fundamentals. Her passion for mentoring younger athletes shines through in every practice, and her commitment to excellence sets the tone for the next generation of players.
Eliana Reynoso
Junior Coach of 4S Ranch Del Sur Girls Youth Lacrosse Program
Eliana is a dynamic midfielder and respected leader for the Del Norte Girls Lacrosse team. As a team captain, she brings intensity, versatility, and a high lacrosse IQ to both sides of the field — qualities that make her a driving force and role model within the program.
A true student of the game, Eliana leads with energy, positivity, and purpose. In her role as Junior Coach, she’s focused on building confidence in young players and helping them develop strong foundational skills in a fun and uplifting environment.
Johnathan French
Goalies Coach of 4S Ranch | Del Sur Girls Youth Lacrosse Program
Coach Johnathan French brings elite-level training and a wealth of experience to the cage. As the current Varsity Goalie Coach at Del Norte High School, Coach French specializes in developing confident, reactive, and high-IQ goalies who anchor their teams from the back.
With a sharp eye for technique and a calm, detailed approach, he focuses on everything from positioning and footwork to communication and mindset. His coaching blends technical skill with mental toughness — helping each goalie embrace the unique demands of the position.
At 4S Del Sur, Coach French works closely with our youngest keepers, building strong foundations early and preparing them for success at every level of play.
